A blend of Central State Table and a golden strong base beer. Fermented with a mix of Belgian and our house wild yeasts for 10 months.

  • Hops: El Dorado, Saphir, Hallertau muttelfruh, Sterling
  • Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast
  • ABV: 6.5%
