Barrel Fermented Farmhouse Ale

Gigi is the newest R&D bottle to be release from our new production facility. This beer spent the last year conditioning in some very special barrels: originally used to age New Holland Knickerbocker Gin before being used to age New Day Craft Shelby Blue Ribbon. We added fresh wort & a special blend of yeast & bacteria. Notes of wildflower honey, barnyard & horse blanket, strawberries, rhubarb pie, juniper, fresh cut herbs & American oak.

  • Malt Bill: Indiana Malted Pilsner and Rye
  • Hops: Aged hops
  • Yeast: CSB House Yeast Blend and wild yeast blend
  • ABV: 5.8%
  • Serving Temperature(F): 45-50 
  • Glassware: Tulip or snifter
  • Format: Draft and limited release bottles
