A blend of multiple vintages of our Garden Gose aged in wine, bourbon and mead barrels. Notes of lemon, sea mist, dark fruit, vanilla, oak, coconut and baking spices.
Malt Bill: Indiana-Grown 2-Row and Wheat
Hops: Cascade (but not a lot)
Yeast: CSB House Yeast Blend, Lactobacillus
Serving Temperature(F): 40-45
Glassware: Tulip or snifter
