Pale Ale with Passionfruit

We took a farmhouse pale ale base recipe, hopped it with a ton of Citra, and added a ridiculous amount of Passionfruit. Why? Because why not, that’s why.

  • Malt Bill: Indiana Malted Wheat & Pilsner Malt

  • Hops: Citra

  • Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast

  • ABV: 7%

  • Serving Temperature(F): 40-45
