A blend of Central State Table and a golden strong base beer. Fermented with a mix of Belgian and our house wild yeasts for 10 months.
- Malt Bill: 2 Row, Flaked rye, table sugar
- Hops: El Dorado, Saphir, Hallertau muttelfruh, Sterling
- Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast
- ABV: 6.5%
- Serving Temperature: 40-45
- Glassware: Snifter or Tulip
