Sunk Costs

Fruited Disaster Ale

Sometimes thing don't work out how you want. Sometimes you have to adjust on the fly when making a beer. Add barrel-aging to the schedule. Hey, why not add blackberries as well? Sunk Costs is a funky red wine barrel-aged beer with blackberries added. It's sat on oak for 10 months and contains a wonderful full-bodied beverage with the blackberries dominating the aroma. The first of many future all-oak fermented beers.
