Farmhouse Ale Fermented in Red Wine Barrels

This is the barrel fermented version of "Are we doing this right?" our Collab with Off Color Brewing. A slightly sour farmhouse brown ale fermented with a blend of microbes from our own collection and bugs off color brewing brought down on brew day. Combines bitter black tea notes with delicate sweetness from the wildflower honey and some fruit notes from the red wine barrels


  • Malt Bill: Irish Pale Malt, Vienna Malt, Crystal Malt, Chocolate Wheat Malt
  • Hops: Warrior and Fuggles (but not a lot)
  • Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast
  • ABV: 6.2%
  • IBU: 9 IBUs
  • Serving Temperature(F): 45-50
  • Glassware: Shaker, Mug or Over sized wine glass
  • Format: Draft an Limited bottle release
