Funky Blonde Ale
A slightly funky version of Central State Table with a dry hop of saphir along with a little bit of pineapple added while fermenting out. Heavy tropical fruit character in a light, refreshing package.
- Malt Bill: 2 Row, Flaked rye, table sugar, pineapple
- Hops: Noble varieties, varies from batch to batch
- Yeast: CSB House Yeast Blend
- ABV: 4.5%
- Serving Temperature: 40-45
