A slightly funky version of Central State Table with a dry hop of saphir along with a little bit of pineapple added while fermenting out. Heavy tropical fruit character in a light, refreshing package.


  • Malt Bill: 2 Row, Flaked rye, table sugar, pineapple
  • Hops: Noble varieties, varies from batch to batch
  • Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast
  • ABV: 4.5%
  • IBU: 45
