Leipziger-Style Gose

A tart and refreshing style of beer native to Leipzig, Germany. The lactic acid tartness is rounded out with the addition of a touch of salt. Dozens of Indiana-grown watermelons selflessly gave their lives to add hints of fresh fruit and rind to the aroma. Goseanna!
