Meyer Lemon Berliner-Style Weiss

Brewed in collaboration with our friend Chef Seth Elgar from NOCO in Bloomington, IN. A Berliner Weiss with Meyer lemons added (both zest and juice) in case that wouldn't have registered as tart enough. High in acidity and full bodied, this beer pairs well with seafood and spicy dishes.

  • Hops: Galaxy (but not a lot)
  • Yeast: CSB House Yeast Blend, Lactobacillus
  • ABV: 4.3%
