Imperial Stout with Oranges

When we decided to brew a collab with our friends at Green Bench, we figured in Imperial Stout was the last thing anyone would expect us to brew together. So we brewed one anyways. To make our friends from Florida feel more at home in our chilly Northern climate we decided to throw in a healthy dose of oranges.


  • Malt Bill: Irish Stout Malt, Chocolate Malt, Chocolate Wheat Malt, Crystal Malt, Carafa III, Flaked Oats, Flaked Barley, Lactose, Sucrose, Orange
  • Hops: Warrior, Galaxy, Mosaic
  • Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast
  • ABV: 13%
  • IBU: 55
  • Serving Temperature: 40-45
  • Glassware: Tulip or snifter
